CHUN: Creative Friends
- Shoot The Hero
Definately PROPS to Christian and Denise!

Reluctantly shopping for wedding rings, a young couple (Jason Mewes & Samantha Lockwood) unintentionally become the only eyewitnesses to a jewelry store heist gone awry as rival gunmen (Paul Sloan, Nick Turturro) turn on each other. Desperate to rectify the botched job, an underground mob boss (Danny Trejo) dispatches a mysterious hit man to find the soon-to-be husband and wife and clean up the mess. Seemingly at random, two brothers (Nic Nac Nicotera, Mike Hatton) find themselves stranded on their way to work after a series of misfortunes leaves them in a precarious predicament. Eventually forced to hitchhike, they find a ride from none other than our young engaged couple. But as the night unfolds everyone quickly discovers that their lives are somehow connected. And as bullets fly and plots thicken, what follows is a night of thugs, guns, laughs and love in an action-packed romp as seen through the eyes of talented writer/director Christian Sesma.
- The Jinn
Definately CHECK THIS OUT peeps!

“And the Jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire.” Qur’an Ar-Rabmaan 55:15 We are thrust into the fiery desert as we see a naïve group of kidnappers led by Puck, a headstrong social outcast, yank rising Hollywood star Juliet Howard (Jennifer Ann Massey) out of a pitch black Suburban and drag her into an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. Once inside, the kidnapper’s phoned in demands are met with skepticism and disbelief. Before they can regroup, they are surprised by the return of the house watchman Ahmad (Hakeem Kae-Kazim). Ahmad cautiously, but warmly invites them to stay after Puck explains that they are a group of film students and Juliet is their main actress. Upon Puck’s refusal to stay, Ahmad insists while issuing a chilling warning about the dangers of the Jinn. Still miles from anywhere and with no other choice, the unbelieving Puck decides to stay. Juliet gains an ally in Toby (Gary Cairns II), Puck’s slow, but caring brother and finds a way to delicately warn Ahmad. Tensions grow as Ahmad looks for a way to rescue Juliet while protecting them all from the dangers of the Jinn. Frightened and confused, the kidnappers begin to turn on each other. One by one, they attempt to escape the confines of the house and the power of the Jinn. Working in a handheld verité style, director Iris Green and DP Brett Pawlak, immerse us into the barren and claustrophobic world that defines our story. Hakeem Kae-Kazim and Jennifer Ann Massey brilliantly play the delicate and dangerous predicament that keeps us on the edge of our seats.

- Selena Garcia

GOT TO CHECK OUT HER NEW EP!
"It is immediately clear from this disc that Ryan has a terrific voice. Husky and mellow, it imbues "Drive to Love" with a soulful vitality that recalls Tori Amos. On the bluesy torcher, "Another Day", Ryan conveys heartbreak with ease. She takes a risk with the unorthodox quick-tempo "Change", whose ascending and descending piano lines generate a rollercoaster pace. Ryan has the tools to succeed and could appeal to fans of Fiona Apple and Alicia Keys." - Music Connection Magazine (May 22, 2006)

"Painting is not something I do for fun. Or to pass the time. Or to play at being an artist. It's something I have to do for my peace of mind. It calms me because it's the best way I have of communicating ideas and notions that sometimes have no verbal equivalent."
